Melissa
Hi there! As the front desk coordinator, I manage accounts receivable, scheduling and I always greet patients with a friendly and welcoming attitude, and want each person who comes in our doors to feel special and appreciated. Our office has a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I know you are going to LOVE this place! When I’m not at the practice, I spend time with my husband, Dave, and our children, Josh, Jordan, and Jessica. We also have a chocolate lab named Shelby Loo!

As the financial and scheduling coordinator, I present financial options to patients, verify their insurance, and schedule new appointments. The best part of my job is meeting and taking care of so many wonderful people. I have made many new friends through our practice, and enjoy catching up with them at each visit! Our whole team loves to laugh and have a great time, and that makes our practice a wonderful place to be! At home, my husband, Glen, and I have a daughter named Amanda, who is the light of our lives.

Welcome to our practice! I work as a clinical assistant, and I love my job. I always treat our patients with understanding and compassion. I love getting to know them as people, and finding out how they are feeling and what’s going on in their lives. Dr. Sheehan is great to work for because he LOVES what he does and always makes each patient feel like he or she is the only patient. When I’m not at work, I spend time with my husband, Arnold, and our two children, Steele and Mia. I also enjoy reading, gardening, shopping, and volunteering at my children's school.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! I’m a clinical assistant here, and I help with chair-side treatment as well as working in the lab and sterilization. I love helping patients overcome their fears and making them feel comfortable in our office. I enjoy working with Dr. Sheehan because he always brings a positive attitude to the office. He has a true passion for orthodontics, and it shows through every smile we create! When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Craig, and our wonderful son, Chris. We also have a dog at home as well as a pet lizard!

As a clinical assistant, I enjoy interacting with patients to help them feel comfortable. Many people come in our office self conscious about their teeth. During treatment, their confidence builds and by the time they get their braces off, they literally cannot stop smiling! Seeing our patients have pride in their smiles makes my job truly rewarding. At home, I have three wonderful children named Moranda, Monica and Quentin. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, baking, party planning, and spending time with my wonderful family!

Hi there! I’m a clinical assistant and the insurance coordinator in our practice. I help Dr. Sheehan chair-side as well as assisting our patients in getting the most from their insurance coverage. I treat all patients with kindness, and help them to understand the entire process to put them at ease. I especially love working with kids and talking with other moms! At home, my husband and I have two daughters, Kayla and Lindsay. My family and I enjoy going to the beach together, and I love cheering on my daughters at their various sports events!
